《流亭》位處廣慈社宅園區南側，連結信義行政中心與衛福大樓，直線跨距達三十公尺，是這座偏山之城的新節點。自都市設計的思考出發，錨定社宅南北中軸上南端的公共空間，不僅創造了一個都市尺度的地標，也創造一處人與人相遇的場所。兩段反向的半圓弧造形，在空間盪出漣漪，並建構一條線性廊帶，營造動態與節奏感，界定新的公共廣場。以耐候鋼製作，質樸純粹的原色隨著時間逐漸氧化，形成一層飽滿的保護層，使作品更加雋永。《流亭》不僅連結了兩棟大樓，在城市尺度上，也連結了城市與園區內外的生活空間，創造未來空間敘事發生的舞台，見證眾人在此展開的都市新生活。

Located on the south side of the Guangci Social Housing, the "Flowing Pavilion" connects the Xinyi District Administration Center and the Welfare Building. It spans a thirty-meter straight line, making it a new focal point in this community at the foot of the hills, and setting the stage for future spatial narratives and witnesses the unfolding of new urban life.
